This, however, is determined by numbers; what one will work for you will take time to figure out. If your goals are purely personal, then there's no point in getting a program designed to track and test visitors for marketing purposes, is there? Make sure that your goals add up to what you're looking for, this is important; otherwise you may be getting too much information (having a business tracking software when a personal one is needed) or not enough information (having a personal tracking software when a business one is needed).
Determine ahead of time if you can read and type HTML coding
If you can, great, you're set to get your software. But for some people it's complicated, and they may want to consider hiring a service to do this for them. At the very least, they could hire the service and have the people teach them.
Decide what you need before going on a search
Do you need a certain feature more than another? This can also help you determine the cost and how much you can or are willing to spend.Will you need another feature later on that you don't need now? Make your decisions now, and decide what you'll need in a month, 2 weeks from now.
